The Job: The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, possesses great people skills, takes pride in their work and has a natural interest in learning and developing new skills.
· Assisting front counter, back counter, wholesale and internal customers
· Receive, sort and count incoming shipments an orderly and organized manner
· Maintain accurate inventory and complete bin checks
· Upkeep a clean and safe work environment
· Follow parts department process
· Check emails and response to customers’ requests promptly
- Assist with Parts deliveries
· Provide service technicians with parts that are required
· Knowledge in PBS is preferred
· Comply with all relevant Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
· Communicate directly with Parts Manager, Service Department Technicians and service advisors so customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced and team-based environment to achieve common goals
  • Be able to prioritize and have excellent time management skills
  • Automotive Dealership Parts experience is an asset however, we are willing to train
  • Ford experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong automotive dealership parts background with a solid attention to detail.
  • A customer friendly and engaging personality
  • Complete reports to record problems
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive parts
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License with clean abstract
