As a Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for customers and service technicians when it comes to automotive parts and accessories. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our parts department, providing outstanding support to our service team and helping our customers find exactly what they need.

• Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service; identifying and ordering the correct parts
• Answer telephone calls, provide price quotes any other information needed
• Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
• Receive payments from retail customers
• Handle customer concerns immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines.
• Stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjusting inventory system and assuring all safety risks
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
• Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager
