Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Parts Advisor, you will provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.

The role involves:-

  • Selling parts to internal & external customers to achieve to the agreed targets
  • Optimising sales opportunities
  • Order taking via the telephone, email and face to face
  • Order picking
  • Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking
  • Systematically arranging the parts in the stock room
  • Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for service workshop team
  • Delivering parts to our trade customers
