About the Role and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support both internal and external parts sales operations by delivering accurate, timely assistance and exceptional customer service. You will play a key part in ensuring workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall department performance while working collaboratively with colleagues and customers in line with company values. As an experienced Parts Advisor, you will: Provide professional, prompt service to customers via phone, email, and front counter. Offer accurate product information, including features, availability, and pricing. Facilitate sales of parts, accessories, and services to meet company and customer requirements. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through thorough enquiry handling and timely follow-ups. Support internal teams with accurate parts assistance and contribute to stock management. Ensure compliance with company policies, IT systems, and health & safety requirements. Assist with merchandising, stock accuracy, and housekeeping standards. Complete required training and stay updated on dealer bulletins and internal communications. To be successful in this role, you must Have proven experience in a parts advisory or similar role within the automotive industry. Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. Be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Have sound knowledge of parts systems and dealer management platforms. Be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Show commitment to meeting targets and delivering high-quality service. Full Driver’s License Hours of work This is a full-time role 42.5 Hours a week, Monday to Friday to be worked between the hours of 8:00am to 17:00pm.
