ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role involves understanding customers’ requirements to guide them towards the product that best suits their needs, providing quotes and availability of stock and accessories, through to ordering parts, monitoring and maintaining stock levels, and completing any relevant admin and claims processes.

KEY JOB AREAS OF THE PARTS ADVISOR ROLE:

• Provide customer service in the way of quotes of prices and availability of parts stock and accessories, as well as guiding them towards the product that best suits their needs.
• Encourage sale of genuine parts and accessories where possible.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Liaise with Customer Consultant and Workshop teams to order parts for workshop jobs.
• Work as part of the dealership team.
