Your Purpose as a Parts Advisor: Assist technicians and customers with identifying and locating parts Answer phone calls, provide parts information, and process orders Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments Maintain clean and organized parts areas Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels Sell products and inform customers about promotions Collaborate with service and sales teams for efficient operations Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and safety regulations Other duties as assigned by management Requirements Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle Additional Qualifications: Wholesale parts experience is a plus, including knowledge of OEC, PartsBridge, OPS, and CCC Your Well-Being: Competitive Pay: $45,000 - $60,000/ year!
