Full-Time Automotive Parts Advisor

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Parts Advisor to join our fast-paced and customer-focused Parts Department. Proudly serving the Peterborough community since 1975, we are a family-owned, award-winning dealership committed to excellence in both service and workplace culture.

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum 1 -3 years of experience as an automotive Parts Advisor (dealership experience is preferred)
• Strong ability to navigate parts catalogues and ordering systems with attention to detail
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service to both internal customers (technicians and service advisors) and external customers (retail and wholesale), in person, by phone, and via email
• Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
• A valid G-class driver’s license

Position Details:

• Full-time (approximately 42 hours/week)
• Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays (every third Saturday)
• Compensation starts at $21.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus program
