Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our small, dynamic team. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate parts sales to maintain seamless availability for customers and Technicians.
  • Engage with customers both in person and over the phone, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Serve parts to in-house and retail customers.
  • Manage stock deliveries and collections, including some lifting and carrying.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.
