We’re currently looking for a Parts & Accessories Counter Associate to join our growing team in St. Mary’s. Reporting to the Vice President, Golf Cars, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and delivers outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in keeping our Parts Counter running smoothly while supporting customers, inventory operations, and internal teams across the business. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily Parts Counter operations, including balancing reports, tendering, closing the Moneris machine, and maintaining bin locations  * Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers  * Enter, pick, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently  * Participate in the telephone queue and respond to customer inquiries  * Manage and order parts inventory as required  * Monitor inventory levels against targets and report any variances  * Perform regular cycle counts and validate inventory in accordance with company guidelines  * Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Inventory Control on stock and cost adjustments  * Identify and implement solutions for obsolete or excess inventory  * Coordinate warehouse stock transfers and customer transfers at the counter  * Maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and sales objectives  * Adhere to company credit guidelines and operational procedures  * Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment  What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse operations (equipment, automotive, or similar industry considered an asset)  * Strong organizational and time management skills  * Excellent customer service and communication abilities  * Comfortable working with inventory systems and reporting  * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment  * Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Join Our Team If you are looking for a stable, year-round opportunity with a company that values teamwork, growth, and employee development, we would love to hear from you.
