Parts and Inventory Associate Benefits Full-time, family-friendly work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Company provided life insurance TWO retirement plans - 401K and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) DieselUSA Group is part of the nation’s 27th largest ESOP 401K plan includes an employer match Current stock price is $1295.15 Paid Time Off starts immediately 9 paid holidays Associate Assistance Plan Parts and Inventory Associate Requirements Experience related to the sales of automotive parts and services Basic understanding of diesel parts and equipment Familiarity with inventory management systems and parts databases Excellent customer service skills Ability to diagnose customer issues and identify parts needed Physical ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds Must have a valid driver's license Parts and Inventory Associate Responsibilities Oversee the complete lifecycle of parts sales, including quoting, order processing, inventory coordination and customer communication Manage incoming calls and assist customers with pricing, product details and general information regarding parts Identify parts needed based on customer descriptions and equipment details Use computer databases and online resources to look up part numbers, pricing information and availability Maintain lost sales tracking Maintain inventory cycle counts and bin locations to ensure proper stock. Process core returns and exchanges Manage payment transactions and ensure proper credit authorization for applicable orders.
