PARTS AND INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Reicks View Farms is a fast-paced, growing company seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable Inventory and Parts Specialist with a strong background in semi-truck mechanics to join our shop team.

• Maintain and organize parts inventory
• Accurately order and receive parts from vendors and suppliers
• Complete work orders
• Assist mechanics in identifying and sourcing correct parts for diagnostics and repairs
• Maintain logs for DOT inspections and assign inspections
• Monitor stock levels, track usage trends, and prevent overstock or shortages
• Assist with selling vehicles and parts on Actions
• Manage returns, warranties, and vendor communications
• Keep digital and physical records up to date in the inventory management system
• Maintain a clean and safe shop environment
• Repairs as needed
