JOB INTRODUCTION

We are excited to be recruiting for a brand-new role and a new colleague to join the team as a Parts and Machinery Coordinator.

This role will see you complete the full order process and logistics for our smaller, handheld machinery such as strimmers, hedge cutters and blowers to make sure it’s in the right place at the right time. Duties will include:

  • Processing orders for machinery.
  • Chasing suppliers.
  • Booking the machines in on our systems and allocating them to customers.
  • Liaising with our customers and site managers.
  • Arranging transport and deliveries.
  • Invoicing
  • Stock taking

As well as the administrative side, we’ll need you to have a willingness to be hands on, ready to jump on a forklift to help unload lorries. For that reason a forklift licence would be beneficial but we can arrange training if required.
You will also receive training on our systems and processes but should already have a good understanding of excel.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You will work as part of small team reporting directly to our Parts Director.

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

As our Parts and Machinery Coordinator, you will be part of our welcoming and supportive team. You will become a valued member of the Lister Wilder family, receiving access to exclusive rewards and benefits including:

  • A salary of up to £28,000 per annum
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Company pension scheme
  • Life Assurance of £25,000
  • 23 days Annual Leave plus all Bank Holidays, which increases with service plus a day off on your birthday after qualifying period.
  • Free on site-parking
  • Membership of Network Benefits, giving you access to discounts on everyday purchases like grocery shopping and clothing retailers as well as holidays and days out.
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme offering help with your mental and physical wellbeing when you need it along with a host of other support, including financial and legal advice services and counselling.
  • Enhanced Sickness pay based on length of service.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
