The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality. Parts and Maintenance Coordinator – Port Hedland, W.A The opportunity: Toll Group and the Toll Maintenance team in Port Hedland W.A are on the lookout for a dedicated Parts and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Parts Interpreter and a Workshop Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring seamless coordination of parts and maintenance activities within our workshop. As the Parts and Maintenance Coordinator, you will, but not limited to: Receive and store products, components, and spare parts efficiently. Ensure accurate and efficient picking of orders and update stock records. Monitor and maintain stock levels for scheduled preventative maintenance. Report variances to the Workshop Manager and liaise with suppliers as needed. Plan and manage vehicle service bookings with all stakeholders. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and third-party maintenance providers and suppliers. Ensure high levels of vehicle service compliance and paperwork completed thoroughly. Complete all quality assurance and administrative tasks as required. About You: Previous experience in mechanical parts and in a similar role within the Transport/Logistics industry. Positive attitude and appetite to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy skills – MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
