Job Summary:
Essex Appliance Centre is looking to add an outgoing parts and service advisor to our team! This is a Monday to Friday in person position from 10am to 6pm working in a team with 4 others. You will be the point of contact through the customer’s entire parts and service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct customers to appropriate department.
- Book service calls for clients and input customer data into the POS System and Calendar.
- Order and recieve parts using manufacturers online portals.
- Monitor emails for parts and service requests.
- Assisting customers in the store at the service counter with requests.
- Claim back service funds from manufacturers.
Skills:
- Ability to resonate with customers and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Professional phone etiquette for customer inquiries
