Position Overview: Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service? As an Automotive Parts and Service Advisor at Langenburg Motors Ltd, you will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, diagnosing issues with vehicles and advising clients on suggested services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet customers and assist with service inquiries.
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services.
  • Sell warranty, parts and services to incoming clientele
  • Book customers service appointments
  • Provide a personalized experience tailored to each customers needs
  • Coordinate with technicians on service orders.
  • Process service payments and manage service records.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in customer service or automotive service and parts.
  • Automotive Parts certificate/diploma
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
