Description Aston Martin San Diego is looking for a Parts & Service Assistant who will be supporting both the Parts and Service Departments. This is a diverse, hands-on position that includes stocking and receiving parts, assisting with parts lookups, and supporting the service team with a variety of operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Compensation: $23 per hour- $25 per hour Parts Department Support Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts. Look up parts for internal repair orders and counter sales. Prepare parts estimates for service advisors and retail customers. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation. Support parts delivery and inter-departmental parts transfers. Service Department Support Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery for clients. Support service writing by gathering vehicle information and helping prepare repair orders. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Wash, vacuum, and clean client vehicles as needed. Assist with lot management, including organizing vehicles and maintaining a clean, orderly service area. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily service operations. Requirements Previous experience in automotive parts or service is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
