QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent ;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales team management, ideally in a B2B industrial environment ;
  • Knowledge of the transportation market (an asset) ;
  • Good computer skills, including experience with CRM (Sales-i an asset) ;
  • Proficient in French and English to communicate with English-speaking clients and suppliers and the American corporate group ;
  • Proven leadership ;
  • Advanced analytical skills ;
  • Available to travel locally 40% of the time.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Parts and Service Sales Manager, you directly contribute to the company’s growth, with autonomy in commercial decisions and visibility with management and corporate partners.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, coach, and motivate the external parts and service sales team (8-11 employees) ;
  • Support personnel to develop sales and after-sales service skills ;
  • Develop and implement the sales strategic plan, target development opportunities, and build customer loyalty in collaboration with business units ;
  • Organize and coordinate sales meetings, manage key accounts, and assist in preparing bids and negotiations ;
  • Define sales territories, set annual objectives per representative, choose sales methods, and analyze the competition ;
  • Participate in promotional strategies, plan supplier training, attend customer events, and collaborate with Paccar Parts ;
  • Analyze financial results, manage profit margins in relation to pricing strategy, develop the annual budget, evaluate performance, and control expenses ;
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce operational procedures and quality standards related to external parts sales.
