This is a relationship-driven, field-based role where you’ll work directly with customers to help solve problems, build trust, and grow parts and service business within your territory. You’ll: ✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships ✔ Promote parts, service, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions ✔ Help customers reduce downtime and extend equipment life ✔ Work closely with Equipment Consultants (sales)  and internal teams ✔ Visit customer locations throughout your assigned territory daily ✔ Deliver consultative solutions that separate BEC from the competition ✔ Become a trusted advisor customers rely on WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✔ Self-motivated and goal-driven ✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills ✔ Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities ✔ Prior sales experience preferred (parts/service industry strongly preferred) ✔ Mechanical, hydraulic, or technical aptitude is a huge plus ✔ Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team ✔ Must reside within the assigned territory WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT At BEC, you’re not just “selling parts and service", you are helping customers keep their equipment operating for the communities they serve.
