WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2–4 years of experience in service, warranty, or parts management (appliance, HVAC, automotive, or related industries preferred).
  • Experience supervising or leading a small team is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills — confident handling both customers and service technicians.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on follow-up and follow-through.
  • Comfort with order entry systems, inventory management, and warranty platforms.
  • A team-player attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, and warehouse staff.

WHAT WE NEED

  • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30–4:30, with flexibility if/when needed.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and CRM or service management tools is a strong asset.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Parts & Service department, ensuring timely responses to service requests and warranty claims.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from dealers, service technicians, and customers.
  • Coordinate and process warranty claims, service orders, and parts distribution.
  • Work closely with manufacturers for warranty approvals, technical guidance, and escalations.
  • Monitor and manage parts inventory, ordering, and distribution to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and service partners, providing consistent support and communication.
  • Supervise and mentor team and partner members, offering training and guidance to improve performance.
  • Track, report, and follow up on open service cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline service operations.
  • Keep dealer and service databases accurate and up to date.
