Description We are currently looking for an entry level Parts and Warranty Administrator with experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Jade Range is a custom manufacturer, interfacing with high end commercial customers, where accurately entering highly engineered commercial equipment is our number one priority. Ideal Candidate · Worked with Microsoft Outlook and experience with high volume emails · Proactive with the ability to operate with minimal supervision · An achiever with great attention to detail and an inquisitive mind. · The ability to follow directions, follow through and follow up · Customer-centric personality that is consistently friendly, positive and exhibits a high level of patience Duties and Responsibilities · Answering in-bound phone calls and emails for our technical support department · Answering product questions · Interfacing with our warranty system to properly track issues. · Entering Parts Orders Requirements Requirements · A great can-do attitude with the patience to teach and empower others · Communicative with excellent verbal/written communication skills · Interest in learning about commercial equipment and troubleshooting · Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities · Detail oriented with attention to detail is a must · Ability to multitask and learn new material quickly Hourly Rate $20-$22 per hour DOE SHIFT: M-F 7AM- 3:30PM OT may be required on occasion. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Education and Experience: High school diploma preferred US work authorization (Required)
