Responsibilities

Our parts assistant is a vital role of our parts department that will assist in overflow customer service that maintains the relationship we have with our customers as well as leading our shipping area to ensure the flow of inventory at the location enables our team to work effective and efficient. You will be tasked with enhancing the capabilities of our team at your location. This role consists of:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of orders
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
  • Work as part of a team and support the parts counter as needed
  • Provide input and assistance in inventory control and maintain a professional retail environment
  • Operating within a cyclical environment that requires extended hours during the farming season including evenings, weekends and participation in an on call rotation
