Overview: Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. As a Parts Assistant, you must be self-motivated, high energy, a team player and results-oriented with a proven track of customer service excellence. Responsibilities: Shipping and receiving. Ensure all parts are inspected upon arrival and any damages noted. Process returns regularly based on the required guidelines. Ensure inventory is accurately maintained. Local deliveries. Attend training courses as directed by Parts management. General cleanup. Assisting other staff during downtime as needed. What we value: Experience with ordering, tracking and stocking is an asset. Forward-facing customer service experience or sales experience is an asset. Automotive parts experience is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with DMS software such as CDK an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and realistic time management skills.
