Founded with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for utility, service, and fleet vehicles throughout the western United States.   Summary  The Parts Associate provides customer service to internal and external customers.    Essential Functions  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Process purchase orders  * Process internal and customer orders * Inventory control including, but not limited to, cycle counts and returns * Generate new parts business * Shipping and receiving as needed  Minimum Requirements * 1+ years’ experience in a parts, warehouse, or service-related environment preferred * Strong communication proficiency, both written and verbal * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Basic mathematical ability for inventory and order accuracy * Technical aptitude with parts systems and related tools * High attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks Work Environment This position works in a warehouse and shop setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand truck, box cutters, and tape dispensers.  Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and sit for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.   Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
