Come join our team and get in on the ground floor.    Key Responsibilities: · Customer Consultation: Greet customers in-person and via phone to identify their parts and accessory needs using electronic parts catalogs (EPC). · Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and stock incoming shipments. Assist with cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized showroom and warehouse. · Service Department Liaison: Coordinate with service technicians to ensure they have the correct parts for repair orders to minimize vehicle downtime. · Sales & Upselling: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest gear, apparel, and performance parts to provide informed recommendations. ·  Qualifications: · Experience: Previous experience in automotive or powersports parts sales preferred. · Technical Savvy: Proficiency with parts lookup software and POS systems. · Product Knowledge: Familiarity with major brands (e.g., Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Can-Am, Kawasaki). · Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on "customer-first" problem solving. · Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
