Your Purpose as a Parts Associate: Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need, answer phone calls and ensuring the customer’s needs are met Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date. Responsibilities

The Parts Associate assists customers with parts inquiries and ensures the parts department is clean, organized, and accurately priced. They are also responsible for stocking incoming inventory and managing cash and credit transactions.
