As a Parts Cadet, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Parts Department by receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently. You’ll also learn the full Parts Salesperson role, gaining valuable experience across customer service, product knowledge, and warehouse operations. As a Parts Cadet, you will: Receive, store, and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently. Learn and support the Parts Sales function across counter, phone, and email enquiries. Deliver excellent customer service to BMW and Motorrad customers. Handle orders, payments, and product enquiries professionally and on time. Assist with sourcing parts, updating customers, and supporting workshop needs. Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and reception area. Complete training requirements and support day‑to‑day departmental tasks. To be successful in this role, you will: Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Be eager to learn with the ability to take direction and absorb technical information. Show good organisational and time‑management skills. Be confident using computers and willing to learn new systems. Be a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Hold a clean, full driver’s licence. Hours of Work This is a full‑time role, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with one Saturday every four weeks from 9:00am to 1:00pm. What's in it for you?
