Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Regional Parts Manager, we are looking for a Parts Clerk to join our team at our Mississauga location. This role is responsible for ensuring our service shop always has the parts needed to get our clients trailers moving.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a quote OR the available parts needed to the service shop technicians in a timely manner to complete trailer repairs
  • Answer phones and emails for customer inquires about parts
  • Answers all calls from mobile service team, inter-branching parts to service trucks
  • Order items for the shop locally through approved Vendors
  • Complete regular housekeeping on the main parts area
  • Shipping and Receiving Duties as required
  • Cycle counting as required
  • Other parts department duties as required
