Description

Fowler is seeking a Parts Clerk with experience in managing parts inventory and supporting shop operations. The Parts Clerk will ensure parts are ordered, in stock, and restocked as needed to maintain efficient operations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience with managing parts inventory.
  • Computer literate.
  • Solid analytical and technical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed.
  • Must be able to stand, carry, bend, and reach.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
  • Create electronic work orders to assign to correct equipment, preventative maintenance, safeties, and other tasks, such as daily inspections.
  • Order all parts for equipment, trucks, trailers, and pickups.
  • Report directly to the Shop Supervisor.
  • Input accounts payable invoices in conjunction with purchase order receiving.
  • Receive and monitor inventory in the stockroom and VISTA.
  • Answer shop telephone line and redirect calls as required.
  • Ensure the stockroom is clean and orderly at all times.
  • Track core warranty parts.
  • Other requirements as requested by Management.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner.
