Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Parts Consultant plays a key role in creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This professional is responsible for accurately tracking, stocking, and monitoring parts inventory, as well as assisting the technician in locating the parts needed for service. The Parts Consultant will also resolve discrepancies between computerized inventory and the physical inventory of parts, verify invoices, as well as work to meet customer’s needs. This position requires an individual with attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 6 PM, rotational Saturdays 7 AM - 6 PM

Qualifications:

  • Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • ADP or CDK experience is preferred
  • Tire selling and after-market performance parts knowledge an asset
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to work is required
