Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Assist retail, wholesale, and online customer requests.
  • Assist Technicians in attaining proper parts for repairs.
  • Handle incoming orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness.

FOR THIS ROLE, COME EQUIPPED WITH:

  • Customer service experience and a positive approach to facilitating outstanding customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • The ability to provide the best customer service in the highly competitive automotive field.
  • Organization and prioritization skills.
  • Computer literacy.
