Westgate Honda has an opportunity for a Parts Consultant to join our family-owned and operated dealership. Westgate Honda is experiencing great growth in our service and parts departments and would like to offer the right person the opportunity to contribute to a team that delivers exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service.
• Answer telephone calls, indicate prices and provide any other information.
• Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts.
• Receive payments from customers.
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines.
• Additional duties and support tasks as assigned.
