We are Winnipeg Kia, in the Waverley Auto Mall. Locally owned and family operated. Business is growing and we are looking to add an experienced parts specialist to our existing parts team.
The parts specialist is knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories for our company technicians and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. They are able to locate automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) This position receives and stocks incoming parts, as well as performing warehouse housekeeping duties.

• Locates accessories or parts for our company tech’s and customers arriving at the counter
• Monitors parts inventory working closely with our Manager
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions
• Maintains accurate sales and inventory documentation
• Provides timely and accurate reports as required
• Works with shipping and receiving for wholesale and body shop order receiving
• Ensures on-time delivery of parts to the dealership and following all company procedures and standards
• works closely with all our company techs and company staff
• Performs other duties as assigned
  The ideal candidate MUST HAVE previous experience with automotive parts and accessories. They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
