1. Inventory Management & Control - Stock Monitoring: Maintain optimum stock levels using the "Min-Max" system to ensure parts are available for routine maintenance without overstocking. - Order Preparation: Generate and track purchase orders (POs) for regular stock refills and "VOR" (Vehicle Off Road) emergency orders. - Cyclic Stock Counts: Conduct physical audits of the inventory to ensure the system (DMS) matches the shelf. 2. Warehouse Operations (5S) - Receiving & Binning: Inspect incoming shipments from China for damage or discrepancies. Categorize and store them in the correct locations (bins). - Parts Issuance: Verify technician requests against the Repair Order (RO) before releasing parts to ensure billing accuracy. - Core & Warranty Returns: Manage the "Core" return process for high-value parts (like EV batteries or transmissions) that need to be sent back to the manufacturer for analysis. 3. Support & Communication - Service Advisor (SA) Liaison: Provide real-time updates to Service Advisors regarding Part ETAS (Estimated Time of Arrival) so they can update customers. - Supplier Coordination: Maintain a professional relationship with local suppliers for non-OEM items (like tires or local lubricants). - Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on "Slow Moving" vs. "Fast Moving" items and identify "Obsolete Stock" for potential clearance sales.
