What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying, sourcing, and ordering motorcycle parts
  • Checking and receipting deliveries to ensure accuracy and suitability
  • Booking parts into our body shop management system
  • Managing returns and liaising with suppliers
  • Collaborating with estimating, workshop, and paint shop teams
  • Creating job cards and work files
  • Monitoring motorcycle locations and conducting stock takes

  • Communication: Share updates clearly using MS Outlook and internal systems
  • Tech-Savvy: Navigate VDA, body shop, claims, EPC systems, and Microsoft tools

  • Problem Solving: Tackle supply chain challenges with creativity and persistence

What You Bring

  • Strong admin and coordination skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office and database systems
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
  • Positive, self-starting attitude with a team-first mindset
  • Experience in automotive, engineering, logistics, or customer service is a plus
  • Motorcycle knowledge is desirable—but not essential
