Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, solutions - driven individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department. Identify and implement effective workflows to ensure operational excellence. Communicate regularly with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians. Handle parts invoicing, returns, and follow-ups. Collaborate with our central parts ordering department to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Investigate and resolve departmental concerns, routing issues to the appropriate personnel. Respond to special requests and ensure overall department efficiency and organization. Why Work With Us? Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts-related role. Prior experience in the collision repair industry is a strong plus. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn other software platforms.
