What You'll Do Utilize electronic maintenance system for ordering parts for machinery Maintain accurate part quantities and reorders part supplies. Verify items received against purchase orders. Perform regular cycle count inventory to ensure accurate inventory accounting. Organizes parts in maintenance shop. Updates and maintains accurate bin location by part number to ensure parts organization Remove parts or items no longer used from inventory. Locate buyers for items not needed. Pick and deliver parts at machine shop. Allocate parts with activities in inventory system. Work with Maintenance Supervisor and Manager to create and maintain a consistently accurate and updated mechanical inventory Daily communication with the maintenance group on parts received and/or problems with parts Maintain inventory of plant gases Performs other duties as required Requirements What You Bring Good knowledge of tools and equipment Mechanical skills Computer skills, Word, Excel Experience with ERP systems Good communication skills Superior organizational skills Ability to multitask High school or trade school diploma PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to stand for long periods of time. May require bending or lifting. Lifting up to 60lbs.
