POSITION OVERVIEW

The Parts Coordinator serves as a critical support function within our Field Operations Department, ensuring seamless parts and equipment logistics to enable our field service excellence. Working alongside others, you’ll help manage the complete parts lifecycle from vendor relationships through job site delivery, supporting our field technicians across Southern California. This role is essential to our competitive advantage of same-day response and first-time fix focus, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency that sets NES apart from product-focused competitors.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 2+ years procurement, parts coordination, or inventory management experience preferred
  • Experience with vendor management and supplier relationship development
  • Familiarity with construction, industrial, or service industry parts sourcing
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn our field service management platform
  • Basic understanding of commercial construction and industrial equipment preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
