YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in spare parts coordination, service administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems for spare parts and consumables.
  • Competency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and orders for spare parts from customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate the procurement, inventory management, and timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of critical components while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including scheduling service jobs, preparing service reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the preparation of service quotations and invoicing.
  • Track and report on service-related metrics, such as response times and job completion rates.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to address inquiries and ensure timely communication.
  • Follow up with customers on parts orders and service activities to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of spare parts transactions and service activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on spare parts inventory, usage, and sales performance.
  • Work closely with the service engineers, service manager, and logistics team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the finance team by providing accurate billing information and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure all processes comply with Liebherr’s quality standards and local regulations.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies in all activities.
