Description:
The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front sales desk, warehouse, and receiving daily. They will maintain inventory, price, organize and order parts when needed. They also maintain relationships with vendors and regular customers. They are knowledgeable in all aspects of petroleum parts and can recommend parts for various applications.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and utilize resources to find solutions.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of petroleum industry and petroleum parts.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and fulfill parts requests in person, over the phone, and by email from customers, service technicians, and the sales team.
  • Mark and store parts in stockrooms, according to prearranged systems.
  • Complete transactions with cash, credit cards and charge accounts.
  • Monitor inventory and order products as needed.
  • Offload excess inventory in the best and most economical way possible.
  • Research new or replacement parts and order accordingly.
  • Create and maintain current requirements on parts labeling.
  • Keep track of current warranty prices and processes on all recalls.
  • Process warranties and returns.
  • Order parts for service calls and jobs.
  • Keep parts desk, parts room, and front entrance area clean and swept, and free of safety hazards.
  • Shovel outside sidewalks and front door area during winter months.
  • All shipping and receiving duties. Receive shipments by mail and truck deliveries.
  • Complete other tasks as directed by management or executive team.
