We are currently seeking a motivated Parts Coordinator to join our team in the Mackay, based at our Connors Road facility. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination, availability, and distribution of parts to meet operational and customer demands, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and customer to deliver a seamless parts experience. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role. What you’ll be doing As a Parts Interpreter at Hastings Deering, you will: Parts coordination and logistics – coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and timely delivery of parts to meet operational needs. Inventory management – monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure availability. Supplier and stakeholder liaison – liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve parts-related queries. Operational support – support workshop and field service teams by ensuring parts availability. System accuracy and records management – maintain accurate records and ensure timely system updates. Process improvement focus – identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce delays. Who are we and why work with us?
