QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with SAP is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of spare parts sales, equipment manuals, and the quotation/sales order process.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including emails, work orders, and picklists.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 6 months
    Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Process quotations and sales orders in the ERP system while verifying pricing margins and ensuring accuracy.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, assist with pricing structures, and provide market feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support technical inquiries by interpreting equipment manuals and facilitating communication between teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with the aftermarket department to enhance processes, analyze performance metrics, and develop marketing and training materials.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding inquiries, shipment schedules, tracking numbers, and service updates.
