Description POSITION PURPOSE This role provides phone and email Spare Parts support for robot and automation products to customers and field service technicians across North America. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1. Respond to phone and email inquiries from customers, regional sales managers, and service engineers. 2. Prepare formal Parts quotations based on requests received by phone or email. 3. Create and process spare parts, repair and retrofit orders. 4. Coordinate and track the shipment of spare parts orders, providing delivery updates to customers. 5. Issue Return Authorizations and manage the processing of returned parts as needed. 6. Maintain timely digital filing of all support documentation related to quotations and sales orders. 7. Research and address customer inquiries related to accounts receivable and invoices. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school or equivalent. Certifications/Licenses: None KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to hold clear conversations with customers and compose emails using proper grammar and punctuation. 2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). 3. Solid mechanical and technical aptitude with strong attention to detail. 4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 5. Capacity to learn and navigate internal software programs and related computer systems. 6. Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally. 7. Ability to read and interpret parts lists and robot diagrams. 8. Skill in managing fluctuating volumes of incoming requests and continuously reassessing priorities to support company objectives. 9. Strong time-management and multitasking abilities. 10. Accurate keyboarding and data-entry skills.
