OVERVIEW

ColdFront Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Counter Person to join our team. This role is essential in providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to both our internal and external customers, with a focus on our parts service and operational administration. Acting as an ambassador of the ColdFront Brand during your daily tasks and interactions, this position is the first point of contact for the shop, contributing to our business model by providing the necessary support to our shop operations by working the front counter service desk, administration, and warehouse inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in automotive repair or knowledge of transportation/automotive parts is preferred.
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Warehouse experience in dealing with parts
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
  • Extremely well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Primary “customer- facing” position within the shop, as this position is responsible for handling the customers service aspects of the branch (phone, in person, or online)
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
  • Administrative shop support; documentation (work orders, service writing, etc…) and our internal technology based systems
  • Assist in retail sales by promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance the customer experience.
  • Warehouse Inventory; inputting/managing inventory levels on computer system
  • Shipping and receiving as required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
