Parts Counter Associate Job Responsibilities Assist customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts identification and ordering. Provide expert recommendations on OEM and aftermarket parts for Cadillac & KIA vehicles. Process orders efficiently using our dealership management system (DMS). Maintain organized inventory, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a seamless parts experience. Support the parts department with shipping, receiving, and warranty processing. Qualifications Parts Counter Associate Qualifications 1+ year of parts experience (dealership, retail, or wholesale preferred). Automotive knowledge (Cadillac/KIA a plus, but we’ll train the right person!). Strong customer service & communication skills. Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK experience helpful). Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
