Responsibilities: Assist customers and technicians in locating and selecting parts Oversee the parts sales process from inquiry to purchase Handle special order requests and locate out-of-stock items Provide timely updates to customers on the status of special orders Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in an auto, equipment, or industrial parts environment preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well with a team and independently Organized with attention to detail Basic computer skills Valid Driver's license Why Join Us?
