Penner Farm Services, the leading providers of livestock equipment, supplies, and services in Western Canada is currently looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative for our Lacombe, AB location.
The Parts Counter Sales Staff is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and professional service for in-store customers and promoting our features over competitors. They demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products and services and successfully resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers with order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Coordinate with other departments on placing customer orders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Perform the end-to-end process of warranty claims, including identifying eligible issues, submitting claims to vendors or manufacturers, tracking resolution, and ensuring timely follow-up to completion.
