Description WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED FORD PARTS COUNTERPERSON! We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated parts professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Prior auto parts sales experience preferred Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ford parts experience preferred but will train individuals with general parts knowledge. Responsibilities: Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish. Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers. Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock. Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order. Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization. What we offer: Hourly plus bonus pay: Full Time - average hours are 48 hours per week. This position is exempt from overtime. Schedule is M-F 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm. Alternate Saturdays 7am-2pm. Responsibilities also cover managing stock accuracy through bin checks and ensuring all internal part requests are correctly billed on service repair orders.
