This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service by efficiently managing parts inventory and promptly assisting customers with their parts needs. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist customers by accurately identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts. * Maintain and organize parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. * Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy. * Coordinate with service technicians and suppliers to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner. * Maintain clean and efficient parts counter and storage areas. * Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience in parts counter or automotive parts sales is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Basic computer skills including inventory management and order processing software. * Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
