JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Counter Person to join our team. As the Lead Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, managing inventory, and leading the counter staff. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Counter Person in the automotive, heavy duty aftermarket industry, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, hydraulics, and industrial supplies.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in automotive technology are an asset.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
