Earn additional pay based on your team's performance in the parts department. For example, high-performing team members regularly see a boost in their monthly income when departmental sales targets are met. Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings Work Schedule: 7 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday Saturdays are scheduled on a rotating basis, typically one per month, with advance notice. Keep the parts department organized and clean. Process parts orders quickly and accurately. Track inventory using the parts system. Work with team members and mechanics to fill parts requests. Provide great customer service and solve problems. Learn about parts and accessories to better assist customers. Restock shelves and keep inventory accurate. Qualifications: 2+ years as a parts counter or automotive parts specialist preferred. Experience in a dealership or service center is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication skills. Basic computer and inventory skills preferred. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented and organized. Interest in automotive parts and customer service is a plus. Valid driver's licenseand gooda driving recordrequired. South Dayton Toyota is a drug-free workplace.
